1- RTL Design Engineer (RTL01)

Swiftronix, an IC Design center in Cairo (Sheraton Heliopolis area), is working exclusively for Synopsys© to provide a broad portfolio of implementation IP, verification IP and hardened PHYs. Job Description: We are looking for highly motivated and innovative digital designer with strong theoretical and practical background in digital RTL design and DSP/Audio. Working as both an individual and a team member, the candidate will be involved in designing audio circuits. The position offers excellent opportunity to work with an expert team of digital designers responsible for delivering high-end digital designs from specification development to performing functional and performance tests.



Job Responsibilities:

- RTL coding, modeling of digital blocks, and writing complex system-level test-benches in Verilog.

- Resolving STA issues and gate-level simulations.

- Interacting with customer support and back-end design teams.



Job Requirements:

- BSc in Electronics/ Computer Engineering plus at least 2 years of digital design experience in the industry.

- Good experience in writing complex test-cases including constrained random tests.

- Must be familiar with Verilog. Knowledge of VCS and back-end synthesis tools DC/PT is a plus.

- Good theoretical and practical understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) and data recovery circuits is a plus.

- Good communication skills for interacting between different design groups and customer support teams.

- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to balance great design with meeting tight deadlines.

- Ability to produce exceptional results as an individual and team contributor.



2- ASIC Place and Route Design Engineer (PnR01)

Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated individual to work in ASIC design and digital physical implementation. Responsibilities include floor-planning, partitioning, physical synthesis, clock tree generation, routing, extraction, timing closure, DFT, signal integrity avoidance, analysis and repair, and manufacturing verification. The individual will contribute both on the implementation side as well as flow development for a variety of Mixed Signal IP products and test chips. This requires close interaction and collaborative team work with multiple functional groups (front end, analog, application) .



Job Requirements:

- BSc in Electronics Engineering with 0-3 years of IC design experience.

- Have solid engineering understanding of the underlying concepts of IC design.
- Familiar with Verilog, tcl, perl, and shell scripting.
- Good communication skills.

- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to balance great design with meeting tight deadlines.

- Ability to produce exceptional results as an individual and team contributor.
